Data Ownership & Privacy

• Glidvo does not retain user audio or transcription data long-term.
• User input is never used for model training.
• We do not sell user data. Our business model is based on the software service itself.

Data Processing & Security

• Voice is processed in real time over encrypted connections for lower latency and higher accuracy.
• Limited context (e.g., active app or nearby text) may be processed to improve recognition quality.
• All transmission uses HTTPS/TLS. Server-side access controls and security audits are enforced.
• When using third-party STT/LLM services, we follow their security protocols and zero-retention agreements.

Your Rights

• You can delete local history and manage your data on-device.
• You may request access, deletion, and export of account-related data (subject to applicable regulations).
• We follow core data rights principles of GDPR and CCPA.

Billing & Data Retention

• Billed per hour pack with per-second precision.
• Unused usage packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase; used packs are non-refundable. Where mandatory refund requirements exist under applicable law, we will comply accordingly.
